And the media was wrong again


The Central Intelligence Agency told CNSNews.com today that it stands by the assertion made in a May 30, 2005 Justice Department memo that the use of “enhanced techniques” of interrogation on al Qaeda leader Khalid Sheik Mohammed (KSM) -- including the use of waterboarding -- caused KSM to reveal information that allowed the U.S. government to thwart a planned attack on Los Angeles.

They exposed themselves by going too far on a conjecture. The wily Republicans let them.

They accused the Right of doing horrible things just for the sake of it. And they were not answered.

Then, out comes the secret: our wimpy-ass relatively mellow and definitely mellow for a superpower "torture" saved the day.

The media, academics, entertainers and all of our friends with disorganized lives told us that GWB was evil and Hitler, but now it turns out, he did protect us. It took some hard decisions, but he did pull it off. It's the exact opposite of what all those "smart" people in media, academia, and entertainment told you.

The denial starts now.
